Roughly crumble the Unibic Choco Chip Cookies amd keep it aside.
Boil milk and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Once it cool down, sprinkle gelatin on top and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Then add sugar to milk and mix well until sugar and gelatin is almost dissolved.
Slightly warm the milk mixture stirring continuously.
Do not boil, just warm until all of gelatin and sugar is dissolved.
Allow the milk mixture to cool down to room temperature.
Then blend togather this milk mixture, fresh cream and vanilla essence.
Now we have tp prepare the moulds for panna cotta.
For this add the crumbled Unibic choco chip cookies to the panna cotta moulds or pudding bowls, to form a chocolatey layer.
Then gently pour the panna cotta mixture on top of this.
Refrigerate overnight.
Demould the panna cotta from the moulds.
Garnish with strawberries, Unibic choco chip cookie crumbs or chocolate shavings.
Delicious Cookie Panna Cotta is ready.
